This is a really good story about how the government and DEA wanted to subpoena medical records from the THCF clinic, but they were able to fight them off and prevail in court.  A big thank you to ACLU’s Drug Law Reform Project who helped THCF.  If the government would have been successful this would have sent a very chilling message to medical marijuana patients in Oregon and across the country.  We are grateful that a reasonable judge saw through this ploy by the government and DEA and sided with THCF and the State of Oregon.
